How To Make A Complaint *

It is the Society's aim to provide a consistently high standard of service to its members. If there are times when we don't get it right ~ please tell us. If you wish to make a complaint please contact the Secretary at our registered address or email: complaints@dengen.co.uk, quoting your membership number.

Disputes may be referred to arbitration under the conditions set out in Rule 50.2. We are also members of the Financial Ombudsman Service. Copies of our complaints procedure are available on request.
