Tax-Free Cash

Membership of the D&G means that you not only benefit from protecting your income against ill health and injury, but that you also build up a tax-free cash lump sum as your share of the Society's profits - as a mutually-owned organisation, we have no shareholders to pay our profits to.
We are often asked whether a member's premium, or entitlement to tax-free cash, is affected by the individual's claims history. The answer is: No. You are not adversely affected by any claims which you may make.
